Our team has worked to determine what we can offer you for your land. Once you get in contact with us, we will perform additional due diligence and confirm the purchase price in the purchase agreement. Assuming it works for both sides, we will enter escrow with an established title company. Our team will then perform further due diligence and move to closing the deal as quickly as possible.
Your most valuable asset is your time. Selling land can be a long, arduous process for individuals because realtors are often far less interested in selling land, and properties are unique. If you like the price you see on your offer, there should be very little work for you other than signing a few forms. By purchasing your property in a short time frame, we get you cash in hand quickly, so you don't have to worry about how long the property might sit on the market.
Yes, once we agree on a price, that is what you get. We will cover the title fees and other costs associated with the transaction. When we close the deal, you will get a cashier's check or wire for the agreed upon price via the title company.
Our team is responsive and committed to ensuring you understand the process. We want to be transparent with you at every step. If you have any hesitations or uncertainties at any point, please let us know and we will do our best to address your concerns. Our goal is to provide you liquidity on property that you may not currently have use for, and help you meet your goals or dreams you may have with the additional financial flexibility.
It varies depending on the property. In our due diligence on the property, we will assess any needs and take photographs and videos of the site. In most cases we will bring the property to market for our buyers, though we may hold or develop it further in other cases.
We will admit that pricing land is very difficult, due to the uniqueness of each property. If you feel we have made an error in pricing your property, but would be interested in selling at a different price, please let us know and we will double check by performing further due diligence on it. If we made a mistake, we will be happy to adjust our offer accordingly. If we stand by the original offer price, we will be happy to tell you why. If it isn't a fit, no worries! We will never pressure you into selling your property.
