Here at Daybreak Land, we believe that your most valuable asset is your time. As parents of two young daughters, we know how precious and limited time can be. We do our best to spend the available time getting our girls out in nature, on walks or to the beach, but it still seems like there's never enough time. That's why we are committed to make the process of selling your land as easy as possible for you. While some sellers might enlist a real-estate agent, pay the relevant fees and let their property sit on the market for an undetermined amount of time, we take all the guesswork and time out of the process for you. We do all the heavy lifting of the contracts and title process and pay the associated fees. Once we've completed our due diligence process, we close quickly, giving you financial flexibility and control of your time.
